Directions to the Alaska Flight Operations Building
The Flight Operations Building is located at:
2651 S 192nd
Seattle, WA 98168-5161
If you are coming by car (from Highway 99 north or south):
1. Turn onto 188th. If you are coming from the north, you will be taking a right. If you are coming from the south, you will be taking a left.
2. Turn Left onto 28th St.
3. Turn Right at the first street you come to. After you turn you will see the building and large parking lot on your left. Park there.
4. The Flight Ops building is on the corner of 28th St. & 192nd.
5. Class is in Room 114 (Command Center)
If you are arriving at Seattle-Tacoma Intl. Airport and are without a vehicle:
Note: We recommend that students catch the Comfort Inn shuttle. This shuttle picks up at the 3rd floor of the parking garage of the airport and drops off right at the Flight Ops building.
To catch the Comfort Inn shuttle:
1.) 1. Take the sky bridge that is located closest to the Alaska Airlines ticket counter and head to the airport garage.
2.) 2. Proceed down to Level 3 of the garage and cross over to the other side of the covered street.
3.) 3. Call (via the phone bank) the Comfort Inn or just wait for it to come by.
4.) 4. Ask to be dropped off at the Alaska Flight Operations & Training building.
5.) 5. Fill out the form on the shuttle and put CARE Training as the reason for taking the bus. You will be dropped off right in front of the building.
6. At the end of training, the class instructor will call for the shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to the airport.
