Safety concerns

The Safety Hotline responds to employee concerns about facilities, aircraft, maintenance, flight operations and hazardous material handling which may affect safety at Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.

Ethics and Compliance concerns

The Ethics and Compliance Hotline responds to questions and concerns regarding possible violations of law, regulations and the Code of Conduct, such as improper or unethical business practices, fraud, and conflicts of interest.

Physical security concerns

In the Seattle area, Universal Protection Services patrol officers respond to reports of unauthorized persons, vandalism, parking lot or vehicle issues, and other security concerns. Upon request, Universal Protection Services can provide a personal safety escort between buildings and parking lots.

Security Issues

In the event of a lost or stolen device containing company data, or for any known or suspected breach or misuse of company, customer or employee information, you should immediately contact your manager or the ITS Service Desk.

The ITS Service Desk is available from 4 a.m. – 8 p.m. Pacific Time, 7 days a week.  For urgent problems after hours, call the ITS Service Desk, and select option 1.

Computing system outages

The ITS Service Desk responds to employee requests for assistance and reports of system outages and data breaches.

Facilities maintenance issues

Alaska and Horizon building and facilities maintenance issues should be directed to the Facilities Department of Corporate Real Estate. They will respond to emergency issues (such as broken water pipes or ingress/egress problems) as well as requests for major repairs or maintenance.
