Safety concerns                                    

The Safety Hotline responds to employee concerns about aircraft, maintenance, flight operations and hazardous material handling which may affect safety at Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.

In the event of an accident or incident, the hotline can connect you immediately to the DSO.

Ethics and Compliance concerns

The Ethics and Compliance Hotline responds to questions and concerns regarding possible violations of law, regulations and the Code of Conduct, such as improper or unethical business practices, fraud, and conflicts of interest.

The Hotline (phone or web) is available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, and is administered by an outside company, giving employees the option of remaining anonymous.

Physical security concerns

In the Seattle area, local guard service Northwest Protective will respond to reports of unauthorized persons, vandalism, parking lot or vehicle concerns. Upon request, Northwest Protective can provide a personal safety escort between buildings and parking lots.

Data breach or lost device notification

In the event of a lost or stolen device containing company data, or for any known or suspected breach or misuse of company, customer or employee information, you should immediately contact your manager, Privacy and Security, or the IT Help Desk.

The Help Desk is available from 5a.m – 7p.m., 7 days a week.  For urgent problems after hours, call the Help Desk, and select option 1.

 

Computing system outages

The IT Help Desk responds to employee requests for assistance and reports of system outages and data breaches.

The Help Desk is available from 5a.m – 7p.m., 7 days a week.  For urgent problems after hours, call the Help Desk, and select option 1.

Facilities maintenance issues

Alaska and Horizon building and facilities maintenance issues should be directed to the Facilities Department of Corporate Real Estate. They will respond to emergency issues (such as broken water pipes or ingress/egress problems) as well as requests for major repairs or maintenance.
